The BroadgunService is the free support and update service from Broadgun Software. In the first year it is automatically available to all users and partners – after that, it can optionally be extended for one or two years.

You can find the expiry date of your BroadgunService in the pdfMachine registration:
Customers with an active BroadgunService can have registered users deleted. This is necessary, for example, when an employee has left the company or when a licence needs to be reactivated on a different device.

Processing by our team
Our team reviews your request and carries out the desired changes. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail as soon as everything is done.
Reactivate the licence
After release, you can reactivate the licence on the desired device using the same registration code.
