The documents are sent to customers, suppliers or employees in three simple steps and countersigned within seconds. The signature can be done paperless on any electronic receiving device with a display. All that is required is a functioning Internet connection and at least version 15.35 of pdfMachine Pro or Ultimate. In the first step, the corresponding document must be converted into a PDF file using pdfMachine.
